Unturned
Unturned is one heck of a game, though most of it is based off Minecraft. However, just because almost all of it is based off that game doesn't mean that in some cases, the game can be better. For starters, the game is free, which can make the game even more popular. The game even offers a paid package that gives the user all sorts of new features, and the package itself only costs 5 dollars. It's a really fun game and behind the legendary Minecraft, it has to be one of my favorite PC games of all time, even if the game can get a bit repetitive after a while.
GRAPHICS 8/10
In a way, the graphics are the aspect that is the least similar to Minecraft, but it is still very similar. Unlike the graphics of Minecraft, which is all blocky, the world of Unturned uses a set graphical map. There are a few aspects of the world that are blocky such as some of the structures, but other than that everything is a lot more contrsucted. In terms of the way that the graphics actualy look, I wuld have to say that it's worse than Minecraft because even though they are not blocky, there isn't as much resources to use and all of the surroundings come out as if they were only have drawn. When you see a patch of tall grass, you can tell that it's grass based on the shape and the outline, but other than that, it wouldn't really look at all like grass would. The same goes for almost everything else in the game such as the trees and other items. Overall, the graphics are pretty good considering that the game is still somewhat new and hasn't had many updated and that the maker of the game is actually quite young. My grade for the graphics is going to be an 8 out of 10.
SOUND 7/10
First we go over the sound, which there usually is a lot of. There is sound all over the place, whether it's a zombie that jumps out of nowhere making it's weird noises or it's the sound of the gun that you use to kill them. There's even more sound all over from cars to whatever. SOme of the sounds, such as the zombies are actually really good and creepy and if you have the volume all the way up and you are playing at night, the game can actually be very scary. Next up there is the music, first off, there's a small song that plays when you first start up the game and this song lasts for about 30 seconds before it ends and is followed by silence. That's really asll there is to the music, nothing special, and because of the music and sounds combined, I am going to give this aspect of the game a 7 out of 10.
ADDICTIVENESS 10/10
When it comes to free games, this is one of the most addicitng games that you can play, and I am pretty sure that if you had to pay for this game, that it would still be just as addicting. There's just so much to do, and so many places to explore. There are two main worlds that you can choose from, one that's just a bland world with nothing but surroundings and animals, while the other is basically a whole nation with multiple abandoned towns and zombies. On the 2nd world, there are so many places for you to explore, whether it's the golf course and lighthouse, the Army base and airport, or either of the many towns and camps. There's houses to rummage through for supplies and so much to do and build, though it will take a while before you can start building stuff. In rder to build, you need to get an axe and start chopping down trees and a pickaxe for rocks, and then you need to use your experience points from zombie killing and breaking/chopping to increase your crafting skill. There are all sorts of other skills that you can raise too such as ones toboost your shooting, one for hand to hand combat, one for health and disease, one for stamina, and one for hunger and thirst. In this game, if you die but havent set up a sleeping bag as a spawn point, you're going to have a hard time finding your stuff tht you drop, but this is the kind of game where most people would be glad to do everything all over again because it's so much fun. My overall grade for this category will be a perfect 10 out of 10.
STORY 7/10
Well, when it comes to a story, there really isn't anything. Just like when you are playing Minecraft, you can really come up with your own story and set up your goals, but that's really about it. Other than that, the plot of the game would be similar to the Hardcore more in Minecraft or maybe even 7 Days to Die, in the sense that you have to go as long as you can into the game without dying. There are all sorts of other goals that you set up to make the game more interesting such as a house that has all the required supplies such as lights or a campfire and crates and a sleeping bag among other stuff. The entire story of the game is 100% up to you aside for the given plot of survining, so I am going to give this category a grade of 7 out of 10.
DEPTH 7/10
Honestly, there really isn't much depth, but that's mostly because of how new the game is, I feel that onc the game gets even more popular and successful that people might start demanding more stuff in the game and who knows, maybe people might start making some awesome mods if some haven't done so yet. Aside from that, there are only two worlds that you can choose from, each of which are set and the purely wildlife world is pretty bland and is just for wildlife surviving. Of course, the world with civilizations in it is a lot bigger and has so much more to do, but it's going to start looking pretty small once you have played the game for a while and eventually it's going to start restricting what you can do because you may find yourself running out of resources if you play so well that you can survive through many hours of game play. In my opinion, it's good, but I just don't feel that there's enough yet so my grade for this category is going to be a 7 out of 10.
DIFFICULTY 8
This game at times can be very hard at times, and in fact, maybe even harder than Minecraft. There are going to be times when killing a zombie might be much harder in this game than in Minecraft even if you have some sort of good weapon, and if you don't start killing zombies quickly, you won't be able to raise any of your skill points, so you will be running into challenges. The number one problem when it comes to this game is going to be your location, where you spawn will determine whether you die or not. If you spawn near a town or maybe even near one of the camps or the base and airport, or even by a car, you may find yourself able to survive, but most of the time you will spwan in the middle of nowhere with zombies already chasing you down and the only option that you will have left is suicide. Really, in my own experience from this game, I boot up the game ad spawn, and I might have to suicide 5 or 6 times before I even take a step because I know that I am not going to be able to survive wherever I spawned and I need to find a place where I have even the slightest chance of survival. Once you have a good place, just getting supplies, weapons, food, and water may be a nightmare, and all of the towns are crowded with at least a dozen zombies. As a matter of fact, there may be times where you will be running with a line of 20 or so zombies behind me. This game can be very difficult and need a perfect balance of skill, experience, and luck, and my grade for the difficulty is going to be an 8, quite possibly one of the highest difficulty grades I have ever given a game in my 52 reviews.
OVERALL 9.2/10
Like I had mentioned earlier, this is one of my all time favorite PC games and I love it. Just the fact that the game is free should be enough to stir your curiosity and pursaude you to download the game and give it a try, I can almost guarantee that it's definintly worth playing, maybe one of the best free games. I even bought the 5 dollar upgrade because I loved the game so much and I knew that a 5 dollar fee was worth it based on all of the stuff that you get, and ever since I bought the upgrade, I have been so addicted to just playing the game that i never even had a chance to check out what the upgrade has. This had been a great game for me so far and I suggest you play it. My overall grade for this game is going to be a 9.2 out of 10.

Unturned is a sandbox game in the emerging multiplayer apocalypse survival genre. Rather than focusing on being an MMO it provides players with easy systems to sit down and survive the zombie infestation with their friends. Over the course of a typical adventure, groups will have a blast fortifying locations, scavenging for supplies, trying to live off the land and negotiating with other people. The game is being developed entirely with the community in focus, and tons of features are based entirely on feedback:
Fortification:
Players can build massive forts out of structural building blocks, or build onto smaller buildings in the world with barricades. It is also possible to create traps and intricate electronic systems. More options for building are constantly being added based on what the community requests.
Survival:
It is entirely possible to live off the wilderness by harvesting trees and rocks, growing crops and hunting animals down. What sort of survival stuff is added is entirely decided by the community.
Explore:
The game goes where the community wants it to. The initial release map is set on the lovely Prince Edward Island, but over the next few months many more locations will arrive for players to explore depending on what the community wants to see. Currently the island has plenty of interesting locations to discover and loot.
Bandits:
Players can choose to enter player versus player servers and battle other players to steal their gear. Banditry is highly supported with plenty of weapons and sneaky devices.
Heroes:
Players can join player versus environment servers to team up with other people, and easily create clans to play with their pals.

Unturned Full PC Game Overview

Unturned download free. full Game is an indie, free-to-play, zombie-themed survival game designed and published by Nelson Sexton, the owner and founder of Smartly Dressed Games. It became one of the best rated games in the Steam store as of December 2016.

Gameplay

Gamemodes

Unturned features several different gamemodes, all of which consist of the same basic concept of zombie survival.[citation needed]

Survival (Singleplayer)

The game starts by dropping the player off on a map of their choice. (Prince Edward Island (PEI), Yukon, Washington, Russia, or a custom one made by the community, or the player.) With nothing in their possession, players must find weapons to survive against zombies, as well as find supplies to keep them from dying of starvation, thirst, disease, or in the case of Yukon and other winter maps, cold. As the player progresses through the game, they gain experience points from killing zombies or gathering resources, which can then be used for boosts and for crafting in an expansive crafting menu. These skills can affect simple things, such as dealing more damage with either a melee weapon or ranged weapon, to increasing vitality or lowering the rate at which the player dehydrates or starves, or their ability of farming or cooking over a fire to not starve. Random Boosts are somewhat random abilities, such as an increased throwing range, or triggering a velocity boost on corpses. Unturned Free Download.

Survival (Multiplayer)

Unturned's multiplayer survival mode is similar to its singleplayer survival mode, with a few differences.[citation needed] The biggest difference between the singleplayer and multiplayer modes, as the name implies, is that multiplayer mode allows multiple players to play together on the same map. Players can choose to team up to defend against the randomly spawning zombies, and to collect items, or players can choose to battle each other, so that they do not have to share the items.[citation needed]

Arena (Multiplayer)

Arena mode is a gamemode in Unturned that is only available to play in multiplayer. The gamemode spawns players in a central spawn point in the middle of a map, where players run to collect items — such as medical supplies, weapons, and ammo — from a point in the center of the map. Players must then either spread out from the center of the map, or stay in the center and battle each other. Arena mode is won by the last person alive at the end of the round. Players are either killed by each other, or by the map border, which contracts and kills all of the players outside of it, to force players into the center of the map to battle. This feature was implemented to prevent the round from going on for too long. Unturned Free Download PC Game.

Horde (Multiplayer)

Difficulty Levels

Easy

In easy mode, items and vehicles spawn 50% more often than on normal mode, and zombies spawn less often and deal less damage.

Normal

In normal mode, items, vehicles, and zombies spawn at the normal rate (the rate set by the creator (s) of the map), zombies deal normal damage, and all features of the user interface are available.

Hardcore

Hardcore mode was a gamemode in Unturned version 2.0. It was very similar to the singleplayer survival gamemode on Hard difficulty, but had several changes, including 50% reduced item and vehicle spawn rates (as compared to normal mode), the removal of several features found in the UI in easier modes, and zombies that deal more damage to the player (s) (as compared to normal mode).

Gold

Quests and Reputation System

Downloadable Content (DLC)

Unturned offers a $4.99 DLC package known as the Permanent Gold Upgrade. The Permanent Gold Upgrade allows players access to gold colored cosmetic items, such as gold clothing and weapons. The upgrade also allows players access to Gold exclusive game servers, which only allow players who have bought the DLC to join.

Development

Unturned was developed by Nelson Sexton, also known as SDGNelson (in Steam) and DeadzoneZackZak (Roblox) , an eighteen-year-old from Canada. Sexton started his career with Roblox development, creating two of the most popular games on Roblox, known as BATTLEFIELD and DEADZONE. DEADZONE, a game in Roblox, is a zombie-survival game, similar to Unturned. DEADZONE is no longer playable in Roblox due to the game being «Exploited», making other users copy the game. When Nelson saw this, he gave up on ROBLOX and starting to work on Unturned.[citation needed] Unturned was originally listed under Steam Greenlight as Unturned 2.0 and was rated #3 of all Greenlight games.[citation needed] It was successfully Greenlit on the 28th of May 2014 and is now available on Steam. The game is continually being updated to add more items, features and mechanics, as well as fixing current ones that do not function as intended. The game has seen drastic changes in this preview branch such as graphical improvements, support for user-created content on Steam Workshop, dedicated servers, and much more. Currently, updates and new item releases are scheduled every Friday. Unturned Download Torrent.
