Either way here it is, so about a week ago (shmurda), my controller started vibrating uncontrollably during a match, it became unusable, so naturally I unplugged it. When I plugged it back in, my OS (Windows 7 64-bit) told me my 'USB device was not recognized' and that the ' Device drivers were not installed correctly.
Now trust me on this that I have tried every possible fix I could find online, reinstalling the drivers, doing some shady things in the 'Device manager', editing my registry, something about windows class controller as well. None of it seemed to work.
At the end of my rope I decided to wipe my PC and reinstall my OS, it worked....for a few days. 3 days later I got the exact same issue, controller became unusable mid-match and my device was no longer recognized.
That's when I noticed something in the Device Manager I hadn't noticed before, I haven't seen this fix on any of the 50+ forums I visited or the videos I watched. This might save you the week I wasted on this issue.
