Hi all,

I have a very similar issue. Win 10 Pro x64, on a PC however. Bluetooth mouse (Microsoft Sculpt) worked fine until Aug 21 2015, now no longer works. No warning or error messages as AnitaFCQ has, just simply does not work. Have tried rolling back drivers, compatibility tools etc with no luck. Suspect core issue is there is no Win 10 specific driver available yet and the most recent Win 10 updates meant Win 8.1 driver now no longer works (for whatever reason).

Very hard to use a computer without my mouse! Any help appreciated.

I also have a similar problem with my Microsoft Wedge Mouse and Microsoft Wedge Keyboard. But, the mouse and keyboard can be 'nudged' into temporarily pairing correctly in the most recent version of Windows 10, by removing the connection and re-pairing the devices each time the computer is turned on or wakes up from sleep or hibernation. I did discover that the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center device driver software is listed as only compatible up to Windows version 8.1 and not Windows 10, with the remark to 'return' to the device driver site often, as Microsoft is constantly updating their devices. However, this has been now 3 weeks with no update that works. I am wondering if there is anyway to change the device's settings in windows 10 to a Windows 8.1 level of compatibility. I've looked and couldn't find it.

By the way, I did find what I believe to be the compatibility control for the above devices and followed what I had hoped would solve the issue. It didn't! Still limping along re-'pairing' the devices constantly in order to use my computer. But, I'll list my steps below incase anyone is curious:

1) Highlight downloaded driver file in File Explorer.

2) Select 'Manage' Tab.

3) Click 'Troubleshoot Compatibility'

4) Click on 'Troubleshoot Program' Select this option to choose compatibility...

5) Checkmark 'This program worked in earlier versions of Windows...', click 'Next'

....

6) Uncheck 'Automatically check and install updates.' (I also unchecked automatically provide feedback)

7) Select 'Reinstall program' when warned that the program has already been installed.

THE ABOVE STEPS DIDN'T WORK FOR ME!
